Why are you the experts?
After many years of printing, laminating, and finishing we understand all of the nuances of different media, substrates and interaction between both. We only use our proven methods because our reputation means everything to you.

Why do you pre-flight my files?
We open all files and check each graphic for precision, dimension, resolution, color, and content. We make every effort to catch any discrepancy that may have been overlooked and we will contact you with questions before printing. We do not want to be known as the company that says “that is what you gave us!”

Why is your printing better than the rest?
We only use Ilford RIP Star (Raster Imaging Processing) to print with. We print without profiles to accurately reproduce color. We use a six color, 1200 dpi, eight pass printing process to insure your satisfaction. Our printers are constantly being maintained. We replace the print heads constantly to eliminate banding (inconsistent streaks of color) so we can provide you with the ultimate output.

What is DURAgraph?
DURAgraph is our proven product for laminated graphics. You have a choice on lamination thickness, however we recommend that you use our expertise to decide. We manufacture using only the best laminates. Our “DURAgraph 5 & 10” product has a textured laminate for the face that is optically clear, will not produce glare and is finger print and scratch resistant. The back of the graphic is also laminated with a white laminate to reduce shadows and increase contrast and is most commonly used for mural panels and detachable graphics that require repeated any use. Our DURAgraph 3 product is laminated front/back and is most commonly used in retractable banner stands. All “DURAgraph” product can be rolled either direction without hesitation.

Why do you produce perfect mural panels?
Mural panels for all Pop-Up manufacturers are our specialty. Since we use the Ilford RIP Star program and have the mural specifications, the mural panels are tiled by the computer to eliminate error. Our printers print to 1/1000 of an inch and produce a seamless output. No bleed is required. All cutting is mechanical on our carbide trimmer after lamination using our DURAgraph 10 process. The hardware is then applied to manufacturer specifications for the perfect fit!

What about Finishing?
Yes, we do that well too. Without finishing, the lifetime of your graphic is greatly reduced. We have an abundant supply of magnetic tape for magnetic applied graphics, hook/loop Velcro for Velcro applied graphics and double sided adhesive for mounting to existing framework. Every graphic is inspected for rough edges and inconsistency before being delivered.

What substrates do you use?
We use Sintra, styrene, PVC, foamboard, and acrylic just to name a few. We welcome your call for any specialized media or mounting application.

Why are your digital vinyl banners better?
We only use a MIMAKI JV3 solvent printer to print with. Our digital vinyl banners are printed using a four pass, 1440 dpi solvent ink. The solvent ink penetrates the vinyl and bonds with the media resulting in a durable and bright digital output! The vinyl we have selected has a lightblock built into the media so both sides of the banner may be printed. All banners may be sewn, grommeted, and pole pocketed for indoor or outdoor use.
