A trade show backwall built from lightweight aluminum framing that assembles from separate panels rather than one rigid structure. The aluminum frame keeps weight and shipping cost down while still supporting graphics-ready sintra wings and headers, and the panel-based design means damaged sections can be replaced individually instead of rebuilding the whole unit.
How much does an aluminum modular trade show display weigh?
Our 10-foot Alumalite systems run about 119 to 247 pounds depending on configuration, with 20-foot systems around 308 pounds. That is meaningfully lighter than comparable rigid fabricated backwalls of the same footprint, which is the main reason shipping and drayage costs come down.
Can aluminum modular systems be reconfigured for different booth sizes?
Yes, within the frame family — 10-foot and 20-foot Alumalite systems share the same connector and panel logic, so add-ons like counters, shelves, and monitor mounts attach to either. Moving between fundamentally different footprints (say, 10x10 to 20x20 island) is better planned as a custom exhibit from the start.
Are Alumalite systems shipped assembled or as a kit?
