When you are exhibiting from a supplied table rather than an open floor space, sharing a booth, or attending a smaller regional or association show where a full backwall would overwhelm the space. Tabletop systems also travel as checked luggage, which a backwall generally cannot.

Most tabletop displays span 4 to 6 feet wide and stand 2 to 3 feet above the table surface, sized to sit on a standard 6-foot or 8-foot skirted show table. Exact dimensions for each system are listed with the product.

Yes, and it is the single cheapest way to make a table presentation look finished. A printed throw covers the supplied table and its skirting, and together with a tabletop display it reads as a deliberate booth rather than a folding table with a sign on it.

Yes. Chicago-area exhibitors can pick up from our Bensenville location or have a display delivered directly to their office or the show floor, which is generally faster than waiting on shipping for a last-minute booth need.
