Show Preparation

Don't be intimidated by all the steps and tasks to get ready for a trade show! Let us assist you with your pre-show preparation.

Silver

PDI will assist your designated company contact in preparing upcoming trade show forms (e.g., contractor approval forms, electrical requirements, case weights).

Gold

PDI will prepare the required tradeshow forms and coordinate with the trade show services contacts and general contractors.

Shipping

Shipping your show materials can be a daunting task. We can help you figure out your best option.

Silver

PDI will recommend shipping carriers and arrange for direct billing to your designated account to minimize costs.

Gold

PDI will negotiate and contract with approved carriers. Invoice comes to PDI for review, then forwarded to client for payment — or PDI pays carrier directly.

Install & Dismantle

Trade show exhibits can be very intricate and challenging to set up. Let us make sure your display looks its best.

Silver

PDI will recommend preferred I&D Service partners for each venue and provide set-up drawings.

Gold

PDI will source, negotiate and contract with the I&D house on your behalf for each trade show.

Storage

Productive Displays will store your company's display system and graphics in our spacious, climate-controlled facility.

Includes full inventory management and access scheduling.

Following each show, we will receive and inspect your display, report any damages, and repackage before your next show.
